Team Vachon is composed of four friends from the Westman area who are representing the Brandon Curling Club at this year’s Scotties. Skip Janelle Vachon is from Brandon and works at Brown Sugar Produce and the Brandon Agricultural Research Center while also attending BU to finish her Masters. Third Dori Vince lives in Hamiota where she also works at the Dental Office. Second Megan Huculak is from Sandy Lake, and can be found on the farm or working in Shoal Lake at Richardson Pioneer. Lead position is filled by Hayley Surovy who is playing this Scotties out of her hometown of Rivers. She spends most of her time in Hamiota where she teaches Grade 5 students.
